How To: Members Night
How to prepare your pictures for Member’s Night Electronic Presentations.
Choose three of your favorite you would like to share with fellow members.
Requirements for downloading photographs:
1. All photos must be in jpeg format.
2. Photo size should be 1024 x 768 pixels
3. Naming your image: Use your last name and first initial to assure that your images stay together as a group, LastNameFirstinitial_01.jpg. Number the images in the order you want them displayed.
Example: Bill A Wilson would type in the filename: WilsonBA_01.jpg for the first of three photos.
4. Save the image to the desktop or into a folder you’ve created for projected images.
5. Burn the images to a CD or put on a flash drive and bring them to the meeting.
